Dream Catchers
In certain Native American cultures, a dream catcher is a hoop woven with sinew or thread, designed to replicate a spider’s web, which is thought to offer protective qualities to the recipient. Conventionally, dream catchers were hung over the bed, especially the bed of an infant or young child, with the intention of guarding against evil spirits. While they may still be used today for their traditional application, they are also often given and displayed as symbols of Native pride, or appreciation for Native artwork. We carry a wide variety of beautiful handmade dream catchers and ornaments that make lovely accents and gifts. View our collection here!
