2. What methods of payments do you accept?

We gladly accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We offer terms of payment. I.E Net 30 and Net 60.For this option the customer would send payment  within the days of their term. Customers can have their merchandise shipped COD, (this options adds $13.50 to each packaged needed to complete their order.)  For COD you would give the UPS driver a check and in return they would give you your package(s). The check will be mailed to us.

3. What is your return/exchange policy?

Spirit of Nature DBA Pichincha allows our customers to return damage or incorrectly received items. Pichincha does not do guarantees on the merchandise as all of it is handmade and we are strictly a wholesale company. If the customer received faulty merchandise or the item is not the one they originally ordered we are happy to replace or exchange.  We will provide a full refund for a return if the product(s) are  damaged or if there are issues on our part. 4. How long will it take to receive my order?

All in-stock items generally take up to 7-10 business days to process before they are shipped out.  This depends on the season. It can be processed and shipped sooner. Shipping will then take 2-7 business days through UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex; time will vary depending on method and location. The overall process can take up to 14 business days.

5. How can I track the status of my order?

To track your order you can provide an email and request that we email you with the invoice and tracking number. As soon as the order has been shipped you will receive an email with the PDF version of your invoice and the tracking number on the last line.

6. Is the item in the picture identical to the item I will be receiving?

Spirit of Nature DBA Pichincha merchandise is all handmade and will always have small differences from the picture. We try our best to ship the merchandise as identical to the style in our catalog as possible.

7. Are all products really handmade?

Yes, each product is individually handcrafted by a local artist in Peru, Guatemala and Ecuador then imported to our warehouse located in Miami, FL.

8. What are your products made out of?

We pride ourselves at Spirit of Nature, Inc. DBA Pichincha for selling 100% handmade products crafted from natural materials and other basic tools (threads, beads, alpaca silver, natural stones, natural feathers, etc.).
