3. What is your return/exchange policy?
Spirit of Nature DBA Pichincha allows our customers to return damage or incorrectly received items. Pichincha does not do guarantees on the merchandise as all of it is handmade and we are strictly a wholesale company. If the customer received faulty merchandise or the item is not the one they originally ordered we are happy to replace or exchange. We will provide a full refund for a return if the product(s) are damaged or if there are issues on our part. Modified or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
